• For weekly stays, a one night non-refundable deposit is due when the reservation is made; 50% of the balance will be due four months prior to arrival with the remainder due upon arrival.  There will be no refunds within the four months prior to arrival.

• For nightly stays, a one night non-refundable deposit is due when the reservation is made.  Upon request, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled stay within 6 months.

• 4:00 pm check-in; 11:00 am check-out.

• One week minimum stay for June, July and August; three-night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and over the New Year’s holiday; two-night minimum for the remainder of year.
